The Glocal College of Paramedical Science and Research Centre organized a meaningful and informative event to observe World Diabetes Day 2024. This event aimed to raise awareness about diabetes, its prevention, and effective management strategies, while inspiring students, faculty, and the community to adopt healthier lifestyles.
The event featured an enlightening awareness lecture by Dr. Swarnima Singh, who shed light on the causes, symptoms, and preventive measures for diabetes. Dr. Singh emphasized the significance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, and routine health check-ups to manage and prevent this growing global health concern.
The event witnessed active participation from the faculty members of the Paramedical College, including Ms. Hena Rajput (Vice Principal), Mr. Shailendra Singh, Ms. Rashda Rahman, Mr. Gautam Panwar, Mr. Himanshu, Ms. Ashrita Dubey, Mr. Sheikh Abdul Wase, Mr. Gurdeep Panwar, Mr. Shashank Pal, and Mr. Arjun Panwar. A large number of students also attended the event, making it a vibrant and engaging gathering.
