Under the inspiration of Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor P.K. Bharti and the coordination of Registrar Professor Shivani Tiwari, the 100th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji was celebrated at Glocal University. On this occasion, the National Service Scheme (NSS) organized a poetry recitation competition, conducted by Program Officers Dr. Shobha Tripathi and Dr. Sanjeev Nandal. Around 20 students from NSS Units 1 and 2 participated in the event and recited the poetic compositions of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
The esteemed panel of judges for the competition included Dr. Aateka, Assistant Professor at Glocal Law College, and Ms. Aradhana from Glocal Nursing School. Among the winners, Mr. Saqib secured the first position, Ms. Shama stood second, and Mr. Ayaan achieved the third position. The program was graced by the presence of respected faculty members of the university.
