Tiranga Rally was organized By Glocal University
Under the patronage of Hon’ble Additional Pro-Chancellor Mr. Syed Nizamuddin, the inspiration of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Hriday Shankar Singh, and the guidance of Registrar Prof. Shivani Tiwari, a Tiranga Rally was organized today at Glocal University as part of the Government of India’s Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign.
The rally was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Additional Pro-Chancellor, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor (Ayush) Prof. John Finbe, and Principal, Unani, Dr. Rehan. The entire program was coordinated under the leadership of Dr. Shobha Tripathi, NSS Programme Officer and Dean of Student Welfare, along with her team.
On this occasion, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor stated that the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign is a powerful initiative to awaken the spirit of patriotism, unity, and national pride in every citizen of India. The Tiranga is not merely a flag; it represents the saga of sacrifices in our freedom struggle, the unity in diversity of our nation, and our democratic values. When the Tiranga unfurls on every home, it conveys the message that we all Indians are united in one bond and are ever ready to safeguard the dignity and integrity of our nation. This initiative not only glorifies national festivals like Independence Day and Republic Day but also inspires future generations with love and respect for the nation.”
The campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation of NSS volunteers, along with Director IQAC Prof. Sanjay Kumar, Dean Pharmacy Dr. Umesh Kumar, Dean Technology Prof. Mohd. Mazhar, Chief Proctor Dr. Jameerul Islam, Dr. Anoop, Mr. Shashank, Dr. Reena, Ms. Fatima, Mr. Joginder, as well as students, teachers, and staff members from various schools of the university.
The event was conducted in an atmosphere filled with patriotism, unity, and national pride.
