Speech Competition on “Aatmanirbhar Bharat”
On September 27, 2024, Glocal University hosted a Speech Competition as part of the Sewa Pakhwara initiative. The theme for this year was “Aatmanirbhar Bharat: The Role of Youth in Shaping India’s Future.” The event provided a vibrant platform for students to express their ideas on self-reliance in various sectors of the nation. The event was organized under the visionary leadership of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Bharti by the Dean of Students’ Welfare, Dr. Swarnima Singh.
Judging Panel: The competition was judged by a distinguished panel:

The competition commenced at 10:30 AM, with students registered on-site from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. Each participant was allotted five minutes to deliver their speech, with presentations conducted in both English and Hindi. The host for the event, Mohd Shahbaj from BMLT, skillfully introduced the speakers and kept the audience engaged throughout the proceedings.
Winners: The competition culminated in an exciting award ceremony. The winners were as follows:
- First Prize: Mohd Danish from BBA
- Second Prize: Harsh Saini from BCA
- Third Prize: Mohd Salman from BALLB
All winners were awarded certificates and trophies in recognition of their outstanding performances. The Speech Competition on “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” was a resounding success, showcasing the talent and passion of Glocal University’s students.
