Glocal University celebrated National Science Day 2025 on February 28 with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event was successfully organized under the visionary leadership of Honourable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) P. K. Bharti; Honourable Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) S. K. Sharma; and Honourable Registrar, Mrs. Shivani Tiwari. This year’s theme was “Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation for Viksit Bharat.”
At the beginning of the event, Dr. Mohd Yusuf elaborated on the vision and mission of the Indian Government through various science initiatives in the country. He emphasized how these efforts align with the theme “Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation for Viksit Bharat.” He highlighted the role of scientific advancements in nation-building and encouraged students to actively contribute to India’s progress through research and innovation. On this occasion, a poster competition was held, where students showcased their innovative ideas and scientific concepts through creative presentations. The competition provided a platform for young talents to present their research and technological innovations. The posters were evaluated by esteemed faculty members and scientists of the university based on originality, clarity, and relevance to the theme. In addition to the competition, interactive sessions and discussions were conducted, highlighting the significance of scientific research and its role in shaping India’s bright future. The leadership of Glocal University encouraged students to pursue careers in science and innovation, emphasizing the crucial role of youth in making India a global leader in the scientific domain.
National Science Day 2025 proved to be a highly successful event, inspiring students to engage in scientific discoveries and innovations.
