Day One
Inaugural Day of MARC – 2023
A two days International Conference “Machine Learning, Advances in Computing, Renewable Energy and Communication (MARC – 2023)” has been organized by the Glocal University. Academicians, researchers and guests from India and abroad were participated in it.
The conference chairs of the international conference were Dean of Academic Affairs of the Glocal University Prof. (Dr.) Pramod Kumar and Dr. Anuradha Tomar of NSUT, Delhi.
The opening remark of this programme was delivered by Dean of Academic Affairs, Glocal University Prof. (Dr.) Pramod Kumar.
The conference was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of the Glocal University, Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Bharti by lighting the lamp. After this, all the academicians, researchers and guests who came from India and abroad were welcomed by giving them bouquets and honoring them with shawls. After that, Vice Chancellor of Glocal University, Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Bharti delivered welcome speech.
The chief guest of this international conference was Vice Chancellor of Swami Rama Himalayan University, Uttarakhand Prof. (Dr.) Rajendra Doval.
The keynote speakers were Prof. (Dr.) David A/L Asirvatham from Taylor’s University, Malaysia, Prof. (Dr.) Sukumar Mishra from IIT Delhi, Prof. (Dr.) D.K. Lobiyaal from JNU.
Parallel session chairs of this conference were Dr. Manoj Kumar from University of Wollongong Dubai, UAE, Dr. Jitendra Rajpurohit from Symbiosis International University Pune, Dr. Shashi Bhushan from Petronas University of Technology, Malaysia, Dr. Anuj Kumar from Galgotias University Greater Noida, Amity University Mohali, Punjab, Dr. Sachin Chaudhary, Dr. Harvinder Singh, Dr. Anshi Bhardwaj, Dr. Anil Sarolia from Amity University Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Dr. Dhanpal Durai Dominic, Dr. Fasihullah from UTP Malaysia, Dr. R. Sharmila from RKGIT Ghaziabad, Dr. Farhan Sufiyan from Galgotias University and Dr. Shamin Chisti from Bennett University.
Addressing the international conference, Vice Chancellor of Swami Ram Himalayan University, Uttarakhand, Prof. (Dr.) Rajendra Doval threw light on the history and beginning of machine learning and explained its importance and he encouraged the students to make new inventions and technical plans in this computer age. Prof. (Dr.) David A/L Asirwatham from Taylor’s University Malaysia, during his address, explained about business electronics, software technology and cyber security. He also made students aware about scientific society and information technology.
Prof. (Dr.) Sukumar Mishra from IIT Delhi threw light on renewable energy and gave information about its sources and also made everyone aware about its benefits.
Prof. (Dr.) D.K. Lobiyal from Jawaharlal Nehru University also gave suggestions to the students to make technical plans. Dr. Dhanapal Durai Dominic, who came from UTP Malaysia, emphasized on computing as important in the modern era.
Pro Vice Chancellor of Glocal University, Prof. (Dr.) Satish Kumar Sharma concluded the first day conference by giving a vote of thanks.

Pandey, Chief Proctor and organizing committee members Jamirul Islam ( Chief Proctor), Dr. Mohd Wazid Khan, Dr. Waseem Ahmad, Dr. Mohd Yusuf, Dr. Belal, Gaurav Kumar, Praveen Kumar and Heads of all departments, faculty and non-faculty members and other staffs along with a large number of students were present.
