Holi Milan ceremony was organized on 23rd March at the Glocal University, Saharanpur, in which all the faculty members and staff greeted each other by applying abeer-gulal.
On the occasion Vice Chancellor of the Glocal University, Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Bharti, described Holi festival as a symbol of the victory of good over evil and said that this festival is full of gaiety and enthusiasm. He said that Holi is capable of reducing the mutual differences and estrangement spreading in the society.The purpose of applying color and gulal in Holi is to make life colourful.
On this occasion, everyone’s feet danced on the songs of Holi. Along with color-gulal, dish was also arranged by the university. All the staff members along with all the faculty members of the university were present on the occasion.
